Lexicopolis: A-B-City

You are building a new town and you need to construct buildings. The only way of doing that is using letters. The first building you need to place is the town hall. Be careful where you put it as you are going to get the letters underneath it and you need to make up new words with the letters you get. You will build a city with words! Good luck!
