Busy Sushi Bar Suzan is a real sushi fan. She found herself in Tokyo by eating too much sushi! She became a real sushi chef after finished her study of gastronomy in Istanbul. After this she went to Tokyo and opened her own sushi shop there. But she dismissed one important detail: The japaneses are expecting her to be as fast as the traditional sushi masters like they used to see!
